Pinawa is known for the number of artists residing in the town and surrounding area. It proudly presents an Art Gallery and a thriving art organization - Pinawa Art211 - that offers classes and events to the public.
It only makes sense that Pinawa should showcase one of the largest groups of artists on the Boreal Shores Art Tour. Come and see the results of their inspiration during the annual Boreal Shores Art Tour (held in August). You will discover juried artists in their studios or in group locations along a Tour route that stretches from the Whiteshell Provincial Park up through Rennie, Whitemouth, River Hills, Pinawa, Lac du Bonnet, Powerview/Pine Falls, Victoria Beach, Hillside Beach and Grand Marais.
